SUPPLEMENTAL WORK

POST UNIVERSITY

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The enrollment at Post University had been rapidly rising pre-COVID and their team decided the campuses located on Country Club Road and downtown Waterbury were in need of an exterior update. They hired E.A. Quinn for this large-scale project and we developed a plan to overhaul the exterior spaces. This included new flowers and plantings, hardscapes, and new outdoor spaces. It was completed in phases over the course of three years.

Once the campus was overhauled, they realized their in-house grounds crew did not have the time or capacity to keep up with additional areas. Our team offered them a 12-month supplemental service plan that includes maintenance of both the plant beds and new plantings on campus. This plan is executed based on what is needed at different times of the year.

Tasks we perform:

  1. Bed edging
  2. Weed control/weeding of plant beds
  3. Mulch installation
  4. Plant pruning
  5. Installation and removal of summer and fall annuals

Client Testimonial

"When we updated our upper campus with a new landscape design plan and installation, our team at Post University realized that our in-house maintenance team could not absorb the extra work. Through their supplemental program, E.A. Quinn created a custom maintenance schedule that focuses on edging, mulching, pruning, and installation of seasonal flowers. This has helped alleviate stress on our day to day operations so we can focus on other priorities. The campus always looks pristine thanks to E.A. Quinn’s additional help. We will continue to call on them for future projects. "
